The Brand X Sawmill is a working, heavy-duty system and utilizes only quality components. The primary component materials are:

	Track is 2" x 3" x 3/8" thick welded to 4" x 4" x 1/4" wall square tubes with 3" x 5" I beam log/cross rails.
	Mill trucks are 4" x 4" x 1/4" angle with 1 1/2" schedule 80 pipe standards for was carriage and roof.
	Mill truck to mill track wheels are 1 1/2" wide x 4" diameter industrial plastic with double ball axle bearings.
	Saw carriage is 2" x 3" x 1/8" wall rectangular tubing.
	Gear box, saw mandrel and engine mounts fixture is 1" x 2" x 1/8" rectangular tubing.
	Gearbox is a 1.35 to 1 reduction spiral bevel gear, cast iron (not aluminum) box with hardened gear teeth.
	Saw mandrel bottom mount is a precision high speed taper log ball bearing with cast iron case.
	Belts are industrial B pattern V belts.
	Clutch is a Noram machined steel with bonded shoes, 1000-rpm engagement, centrifugal clutch.
	Driven sheave is a 2B50 machined/balanced cast iron sheave.
	All engines have both electric an manual starting as standard equipment.

Sawmill Specifications

Mill track: 78" wide to infinite length.

Power Options: From 16 to 20 HP using electric start Briggs and Stratton, Koehler or Honda Engines.

Power Transfer: 3-shoe centrifugal Noram clutch, B 37-38 industrial v belts, Curtis gray iron gear case with hardened gears, and 4140 steel saw mandrel (machined from one piece of solid stock).

Cutting Capacities: From 3" to 36" plus diameter by as long as nature grows straight trees. 8 1/2" x 17" timber without turning the log or reconfiguring the mill.

Basic Mill Package includes:

	31' of track for sawing 22'6" long logs
	new electric start (with manual start) V twin 16 HP Briggs and Stratton engine with new battery
	(3) 21 1/2" carbide tipped saws
	electric sharpener with diamond stone
	coolant jug with valve, tubing and nozzle
	lap siding attachment
	Peltor safety helmet with full face shield and ear protection
	Mill orientation and operation, sawing technique, adjustments, sharpening and mill care and maintenance, safety hazards identification and accident prevention school

Warranty: 2 year defect in materials and workmanship. The engines are warranted by the manufacturer.
